    Very nice looking / working watch for the money.

    Only thing I had to do was to go to "bulova.com" and down load it's Owners / Operators manual so I could reset the main second hand to the 12 o'clock position (very easy if you know how). Other wise this is a very nice watch which keeps very good time. The only thing I can see is a very slight wear mark on the clasp, other wise it looks NEW.. I may have to remove one link from the band as it's a little loose but I can do this.

    Precisionit features +

    PRO: This Bulova 98B229 not only looks sharp, it has a great set of features that one would expect of a " Precisionist." I have a few Bulova watches, most all are chrome/gold tone and wanted to add a darker color--this gun metal is exquisite looking, and comfortable band too. Very pleased.

    Bulova Precisionist 98B229 - Gunmetal Gray

    I love the Bulova Precisionist line of watches. I’d have them all if I could. The biggest negative review I read from people is the size of the watch...case diameter close to 47 mm, with a case thickness of almost 18 mm. It’s definitely bigger than most, but once on your wrist it doesn’t appear that way. I’m 6’2”, 215 lbs with a wrist slightly larger than 7.25” and I think it looks great on. I typically don’t go over 44 mm but once I saw the Precisionist 98B228 and 98B229, I had to have both. I do not regret the purchase in the least.

    A very accurate, good looking, heavy watch.

    This is a very impressive looking watch. It also seems to keep extremely accurate time. It is, however, quite heavy. Also, the hands for the hours and minutes do not jump out at you when you first look at the watch. That having been said, I am completely satisfied with the watch, and I enjoy wearing it.

    best purchase of the year

    was more than pleased with this watch. it has a good weight to it also very stylish, like the way it looks. i know it says factory reconditioned but i could not find one flaw as far as i concerned it is a brand new watch at one great price
