1992 Ford F350 460 w/E4OD 4x4. The overdrive switch on my truck stopped working a while ago. After some diagnosis it was found that the wires inside of my shifter assembly had broken apart inside the arm, which is why the overdrive switch failed to work. Bought the new shifter arm seen here, which is the arm with new harness inside, installed it, and the it works perfectly.
