Engrossing Storytelling
Though it is long, this is Rosamund Pilcher's best book and an excellent read. At the end of a long and useful life, Penelope Keeling's prized possession is The Shell Seekers, painted by her father,. When her grown children learn their grandfather's work is now worth a fortune, each has an idea as to what Penelope should do. SHELL SEEKER
I HAVE READ IT BEFORE , MANY YEARS AGO , I LOVED IT THEN AND IT I STILL DO . I LOVE ROSAMUND PILCHERS STYLE OF WRITING AND HAVE SINCE PASSED IT ON TO A FRIEND. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE SHELL SEEKERS TO ANYONE.

Compelling story
The writer has a way of transporting you to the countryside of England in a most magical way, through her characters that we all can relate to.....Joyful and heartbreaking all at once, this story must be read and digested slowly as it is one you will not want to end.
