    I was disappointed when my product arrived in an envelope that had been squashed and some of the product had leaked and was lost in the packaging. The seller then told me it was ‘packaged’ and delivered by Amazon. The seller was helpful to start with and despite me sending everything they asked for could seem to open any of the photos I sent them despite being able to see them clearly and eventually went silent.

    Amazing vacuum

    I vacuum every day as I have a dog that sheds a lot of hair. I’ve used another well known brand vacuum for several years and thought that was doing a really good job, but when I got my Shark I was amazed at how much it picked up. It is fairly quiet, easy to use and very efficient. Cleaning the stairs with the lift away was a doddle. Just wish I’d bought a Shark years ago.

    Super Shark Suction

    Amazing suction! Unbelievable amount of crud sucked up from a carpet that had just been cleaned with a Dyson (for comparison). So impressed. The lift-away is light making stairs & high areas a breeze. Upright use is thorough & gets into all the nooks & crannies. Removed ALL dog & cat hair, the anti hair wrap technology leaves the brush roller totally hair free, even coping with my very long hair with ease. Use on hard floors is also superb. It has even brought up the pile on my carpet, it looks like new! My neighbour was gushing about how brilliant her Shark was & I confess that I thought it was a load of hype so borrowed hers for a test...OMG! I purchased one the same day. If I had to find any fault it would be that the power cable design is a little basic & when using the wand if you ...

    A bit disappointed.

    I could hardly wait for my shark to arrive. It was very easy to put together and it has fantastic suction. I bought the pet head version because I have a wee Jack Russell who sheds a lot. I have a chunky cord chair at the window which he loves to sit on to watch outside. It was always so difficult to clean. NOT ANY MORE. The pet head is brilliant and my chair is so much easier to clean. Great on carpets too. I was disappointed because it is very difficult to manoeuvre around my small living room. This isn't the fault of the hoover which is why I have given it 5 stars.

    Great for cleaning stairs

    Bought to replace traditional upright cleaner as my old one was difficult to use on the stairs. Still learning to use the Shark as everything in a different place. Very pleased with the long power cord which means I can clean the stairs in one go. Also removing the power unit from the floor attachment enables me to stand it on a tread without having to balance it with one hand and clean the stairs with the other.
