Second - I am exhausted from sellers of books who charge huge shipping fees and then do not even use a box OR padding of any kind. You get your book all banged up with bent corners, dents, etc because it is in a paper thin envelope. NOT here - the book was inside two plastic bags, wrapped in bubble sheet, and in a BOX!!!!! All book sellers should be required to follow this example. THANKS! PERFECT! I didn't rate the shipping cost since it is quite expensive these days to ship from the USA to Canada, especially considering the conversion rate (it cost me $21 CDN for this one small book). I doubt they have any control over that aspect of the transaction.
