Authentic and works great for tight spot...
Authentic and works great for tight spots. I use it in car on my back as well. Helps decompress when pulling on grab handles above head in car. Thank you.

Not like other massagers
Great for getting tough to reach places. For the psoas you really have to get your fingers in there, or you can get this tough piece of plastic and use your body weight to do it for you.

This thing works! Take your time with it...
This thing works! Take your time with it. Psoas is difficult to access and uncomfortable, but worth stretching. It’s at the root of many hip, back & knee issues.

Good for the core
This product goes deep into the core from the abdomen and applies deep pressure to the low back also. Try it face up and face down.
