Easy yoga practice for seniors
This yoga program delivered what it promised-a yoga practice for those of us who can not do the traditional mat practice. Peggy Cappy is easy to listen to and easy to follow. Love this DVD!
This DVD covers basic yoga very well; it is great for beginners as well as advanced yoga students - the instructor shows you how to modify poses to accommodate those with limitations, as well as how to make the poses even more advanced if you wish to challenge yourself. It's great that everyone, regardless of your abilities or skill level, will benefit from this DVD. The instructor is easy to follow with clear, concise directions. A very helpful yoga session for the elderly
I watch this tape just about every day. I am 73 and have bursitis in both hips and a lower back issue and I feel so much better after I do the sessions.
