They choose a used box of questionable m condition from a Dec 2024 shipment from Florida. During shipment the box tore open from poor packaging. Because of this it was delayed FedEx Wheeling Illinois for days until they could reunite the Carb and box and tape the box rip. I let him know this and he did not want to pay the extra ship charges. I used signifiant packing to assure trouble free shipping.
