The seller (perhaps too) quickly sent out two more items to compensate for UPS's shortcomings. Then seller then refunded the transaction without being asked. When attempting to contact the seller to be re-paid, they said don't worry about it.

They same day had amazon ship another to me and amazon shipped a empty package. So seller reimbursed my money. They had great communication the whole time. Was just an unlucky transaction from the carriers.
