    Padded toilet seat is comforttable and safe

    The seat was very easy to put together and lock into place on the toilet. The width of the seat could be a little wider, but is adequate. It is safe to use and comfortable and makes getting on and off the toilet much easier.

    the product was good, just freaked out on hacking during this and three other purchases on this day.

    Something crazy happened I got hacked on 3/17/18 on four purchases including this one. Luckily my bank notified me. On my bank statement all four purchases showed the Customer contact number/ Too odd Too scary. I will be off of Paypal and Ebay. I will close accounts.

    Seat shifts around

    It isn't quite what I was hoping for. Once I had the two 6" carriage bolts secured through the seat and on the toilet, no matter how tight I tightened the bolts on to wing nuts the seat moved shifted around on the bowl. I should have made sure the product had a lock to the bowl device. I took two small bungy cords and hooked one end to the back arm "handicap handle" and crossed it to the opposite front arm. Then repeated the same for the other side. This kept the seat from shifting on the toilet bowl.

    Works, but could be im proved

    The product hand rails not 100 percent stable-but good enough.. Big carton reduces portability..Product is suitably HIGH enough to raise up with less effort than 17" high ADA comode ...Product needs...circumlocution by manufacturer to be more adoptable to portability

    HARD AS A ROCK - NOT SUITABLE FOR ANYONE WITH HIP OR BACK PROBLEMS!

    Easy to install, lightweight, perfect height (if 5'5" or over). Totally not suitable for anyone who has had recent surgery, or who has hip or back problems. Seat is as hard as a rock and is pure torture to sit on or to try and stand up from. It says it will support up to 300 lbs, I'm guessing that was determined by someone who was standing on it. Seat is skinny enough to start with - but add the arms and you'd better be ultra thin. Great Idea - lousy execution.
