Supports the back of your neck.
Most headgear have a little strip of fabric for the back of your neck causing your neck muscles to tighten up at night and cause headaches. This is the only headgear that truly supports the back of your neck. The straps are also wide enough that they won't slip out of the fittings in the middle of the night while you're trying to sleep. This head gear might be 3X what the skinny headgear cost but try one and you will never go back to the skinny stuff again!

less than OEM
A great headgear that works as well as the OEM version. Comfortable, easy to use, works with the cushion and at half the cost of OEM.

Same as the original
I had to replace my old headgear because it had worn out after a long time of use. I am very happy with this new headgear it is exactly the same as the one that I had before. It is good value and is exactly what I needed.

Just OK
Could be designed better. Could use higher quality materials. Seems like it Is made to "wear out". Needs Velcro sewn onto sides so mask doesn't come apart after time. Currently, velco attaches itself to a very thin "low grade" top layer of material glued too a "low grade" neoprene material. It works but only for about 6 months then it all starts to come apart and you have to replace it!!!

Very great purchase A+++++++
I have used this for 4 1/2 years. This is the same as my Original one and works great after you learn to adjust properly. Great item and dealer.

Good replacement
I replace the original resmed headgear but I’m tired of overpaying for bad quality. They stretch out of shape and loose the seal. This is a quality product so feel confident with the price. It lasts a lot longer.
