NotesReissue. 1990 release, the second studio album from rock band Vixen. Rev It Up! Has been recognized as a collection of exceptional glam metal classics. Bad ass guitars, powerful vocals from Janet Gardner followed by excellent harmonizing, loud and proud drum beat, and a bass that continues to flow. Prime example "Love Is A Killer" starts with a mesmerizing piano score accompanied by excellent vocals, picks up the tempo and eventually builds up to a strong chorus. There is an immediacy and infectiousness that just draws you in!
