    Extremely funny!

    So glad I didn't see at theater, I would have embarrassed myself laughing so hard! Actors totally perfect, how they even performed some scenes without falling over with laughter? Best movie ever, to think it's based true story? Fantastic

    Great Movie.

    This is is film that not only opera lovers like myself but the public in general will enjoy. It is based on Florence Foster Jenkins, who thought herself a great operatic soprano, but was in fact terrible. Still she succeeded, usually not knowing that people came to be amused, not appreciative of, her vocal "gifts". The three principal actors, especially Streep, are great.

    Hit it, Flo!

    What a woman it’s kinda sad since she got syphillis at 18 and one of the neurological effects is delusions of grandeur..no cure back then.. folks didn’t even know what they had.

    Fun

    Made dinner and shared watching the film with my friend who had seen it before. We laughed a lot. This is a true story.

    Meryl Streep's BEST performance to date

    Memorable, heart-warming, TRUE STORY - - - - I had listened to Mrs. Jenkins recording when I was in college in the 60's. We never knew the FULL STORY - - until now. Simon Helberg (Big Bang Theory) does an EXCELLENT job in one of HIS BEST ROLES YET.
