Seriously?
This is really for the person who is next to immobile. I tried it for a month before I ordered something more challenging. It made me cringe. You won't get any kind of workout with this video whatsoever unless you're really elderly or handicapped and can't move much to begin with. I didn't care for her teaching style either. Lilias: Am & Pm Yoga Workouts for Seniors is great!

Great workout for seniors.
I have been a yoga student since the 1970s, but unable to practice it for the past 10 years for health reasons. I ordered dvds from another company and they were too fast and difficult for me to start again. My old yoga teacher suggested I try Lilias Folan's yoga and ordered 3 of hers.
