Great Value
I think the best value for money cross cut shredder out there. However it does say 6 sheet max but dont try it, it puts a lot of stress on the motor. 3 sheets is very comfortable for it though. Card shredder works fine with no problems. Item arrived on time and was well packaged and free P&P is always a bonus.

So far so OK
Only had it a couple of weeks so too early for me to assess working quality but seems OK though not as good as the "old" Fellowes one it replaced. However, probably suit me as I only shred about 8 -10 sheets per week on average though it isn't easy to feed needing paper pushed well into feed opening

Good value for money
As this is the second shredder I have had I expected the claim for the number of sheets it would shred each time would be misleading but despite that itdoes the job quite well. Like all the shredders in this price range I have used it will overheat and cut out. As long as one is realistic and take account of the thickness of the paper this is an adequate machine at the price.

A good buy
This shredder was bought to replace0ne I jammed shredding an old cheque book. I was unable to clear this jam but decided I liked this shredder and it has served me well and as the fault was of my own making I decided to buy another the same as it was just what I needed.

Decent for the price.
If you need to shred a large number of items it will take a long time, because this shredder's thermal cut out operates after just a couple of minutes of continuous use. However, it does the job perfectly adequately for occasional use. Bit noisy and clattery, but otherwise good.

12 litre cross cut shredder
Although this is a good shredder overall, it’s only really meant for light use only!. Wouldn’t advise you to buy it for masses of shredding. However saying that it copes very well with small amounts very well. The overheat function can be annoying when you have to wait 30 minutes before recommending shredding!. Apart from that, a very good reliable shredder!.

Paper entry
After having an earlier model which sadly gave up, we replaced it with another one only to find the new one has a problem taking in thin invoice type paper otherwise does the job as expected

Great product with good features
Great product doesn’t take up too much room. Will shred not only multiple bits of paper but also credit cards

Wouldn't recommend
Box fell apart on arrival. Bin cracked in 3 places, actual hole in one place. Almost impossible to get paper to go in straight so bunches up one side, slowing it right down. Overheats quite quickly and takes a good hour to be cool enough to use again.

easy to use
Good quallity item but the run time of only 2 mins is a nuisance. If you have a lot of shredding to do you have a small window bfore it shuts down and then you have to a full half hour before you can continue.
