I emailed the seller and received a reply within 30 minutes stating a replacement would be mailed out the same day - EXCELLENT response! The new shipment was also in a bubble-pak envelope which was also damaged by USPS. This time the seller put the screw in a small ziplock baggie which prevented loss. Great customer service!
