Value beyond expectation. Laptop computer was better than described. It has touch screen, and I was able to register it with Dell and have a 4 year ProSupport contract included. Shipping speed was lightning fast. They shipped UPS the next day and I received it in 2 days. Packaging was extreme and needed as UPS crushed the shipping box, but the computer and box were perfect.

Sometimes you don't get what you're asking for or less of what you're asking for so I appreciate that everything came so fast.
