  The bird arrived with a wing snapped off that happened sometime during the shipment. it certainly was not the seller's fault, and he quickly refunded full price and didn't ask for the broken item to be returned which would have been an added cost. All he asked for was a photo to verify the broken item. He was fair to deal with, and I thank him.

  Item was as described, although for an item listed as new the product’s container was badly damaged. Seller’s location was listed as Illinois, but I think the item was shipped from China. It took 3 weeks to arrive.

  Contacted them because after a week tracking the item it was still not shipped out yet. Told them just refund my money. They contacted me and they got on it and I had the item within 2 days. I'll give them a positive because they did stay in contact with me and made it right. I think they will be fine if they get someone that makes sure things are shipped on a timely manner.
