Seller's quick response wrapped it in a USPS box. Full disclosure: Box arrived with a dented corner under a larger dent in USPS box. Clearly occurred in transit. Can't blame Seller other than to suggest a bigger box - this box was slightly shorter than chess box. One end wasn't fully protected. Bottom Line: Seller did a great job & I would definitely use them again!

I was able to repair it, so all is good. I am not sure if this delicate sculpture could have been sent without any damage happing. I am sure it is a shipping issue, not a packaging issue. It is exactly as described and well worth the price. I am, all in all, pleased with the purchase and will recommend you as a seller.
