A too short box with a piece of additional cardboard taped (not very securely) in an arc over the top and packing that let it move around is playing with fire in my opinion. Overall I am happy with my purchase, I just hope they up their packing game in the future

Cannot tell what shape it was in when shipped or why any reputable shipping company would ever have accepted a "package" like this. My last purchase from this seller.

See buyer c...h (624)'s recently posted feedback for details on how this seller packs items; my shipment was packed very similarly. Such bells can't be repaired, so I looked for a replacement, and found one that was quite cheap, less than $50.I asked seller to reimburse this, which he agreed to do, but never did, despite repeated inquiries. Not a good look.
