All around good person. Packaging was great ball came perfect. It was shipped out right away and came as expected and the definitely a great value. The ball hooks on dry lanes. So make sure you go to a good bowling alley with fresh oil if you want to hit those 10pins. If the ball is hooking (it shouldn’t) , it’s the lane condition! Not the ball.
