Open box Brother drum unit
This item was listed as open box, new. When it showed up, the box was torn on the top flaps and taped back. The box looked aged and old. The appearance of the box shouldn’t affect the unit, but the plastic housing of the drum unit on the side was broken and split a little bit. I pushed the broken part back in place and the drum unit went into the printer without obstructions. It works fine but the print quality is is not great like the original OEM drum unit or an after market one I replaced it with. The non-printed area is not white on the printed sheet as it should be. It has a faint gray color to it. I tried and paired it with a brand new toner cartridge but the results were the same. I suspect this drum unit is not brand new as it was listed. I will see how long it will last.

Has Printed "Picture Perfectly" EVERY TIME
This "set" (drum and cartridge) was a quite reasonable price and performs beautifully. I have done many copies. Each was "picture perfect". It solved my previous print problems COMPLETELY !!

This genuine Brother drum unit is ready to roll out of the box.
The drum is OEM as advertised, and although I haven't printed many copies since it's arrival, I'm a happy camper with the quality so far.

Great OEM quality but the price was phenomenal. Prints are clear and I'm back up and printing without the embarrassing blotches

Genuine Brother Drum
After having tried the compatible drum unit I purchased, I realized that I should have purchased a genuine Brother drum unit. The compatibles do not work as well as the genuine ones.

Again staying with the manufacturer "Brother" brand is worth the few extra dollars
Replacement went like it should...found that some replacement models, while fitting OK did not perform well at all...lot of retries and wasted paper.

Nice to have my printer back!!!
Purchased a compatible drum and did not work. After this Brother OEM drum installation my printer is back working again...

Brother DR-360 drum
I only use Genuine Brother drums and toner cartridges. I have tried the compatible ones and they do not perform for me.

.Bad Product
OEM Brother Drum unit-said opened box but I can print less than 150 shipping labels & screen shows "Drum End Soon".I can't use my printer anymore and have to buy another printer to print the shipping labels. Worst than the Non-OEM Drum unit.

fixed my printing issues
near the end of my last cartridge my papers came out with sort of a gray haze look to them. The drum was my problem. added the new drum and new cartridge and now crisp and clean print outs.
