Garmin 276cx
Great device, easy to use and see the screen. No touch screen so very easy with buttons, the way I like it. Only 6oz. heavier than the Montana GPS device. I've loaded the Pacific Crest Trail in the device and it looks really cool and I can go to 3D imaging so I won't miss any trail details. Buy 3 batteries carry with you and charge at every resupply point, so easy and light weight considering solar power, etc.

Fantastic, sharp, beautiful color display. Great battery life!
Beautiful high resolution color display with super sharp detail, like an iPad. Great (10+ hour) battery life, depending on screen brightness, with the rechargeable battery. Also takes AA batteries in a pinch. Easy to use, especially if you are used to Garmin products. And you can even transfer points, tracks and routes wirelessly to it from another Garmin GPS (similar to iPhone AirDrop). Waterproof. Fantastic GPS.

Excellent
I've had two other small garmin gps'es n I wanted to get a little bigger one so this is just what I needed n so I've used it twice so far n it shows me exactly where I'm at all times n I recommend to get this gps, so to get home safe to your comfortable home.

Garmin 276CX Good and not so good
Nice unit, very bright display, was a little disappointed in that you have to switch the micro sd cards to change from chart plotter to on the road use. Also does not work with downloaded charts from Garmin Express, you have to buy the micro sd pre loaded cards from Garmin.

Great product
Replacing a Garmin 650t Montana for use on my snowmobile. The display is huge and the buttons work better than a touch screen, and the mount is the same as the Montana!! Lots of memory as well. Great product.

very good but not perfect
Took some getting used to but the more I use it, the more satisfied I am. I didn't realize it doesn't come loaded with topo maps so that was a surprise extra expense.

So far better than expected, still learning
I went to a class and someone was discussing GPS, I had thought a cell phone was enough but I learned there is so much more adventure available for the motorcycle as well as hiking and geo caching.
