'Using an easy to follow financial tool the authors explain how key elements of corporate finance including leverage finance, company valuations, secured lending and non-interest bearing finance work and interrelate, how returns are achieved and what terms like enterprise value and working capital really mean. They do so in an innovative way drawing together finance theory and the reality of practice to produce what is likely to be a key foundation text not just for corporate lawyers but all those working in the world of M&A and finance.'

Utilising the 'Financial Mindmap' throughout, chapters depict financial concepts by using colours and visualisations in a clear and intuitive manner. The book provides an introduction into the basic building blocks of corporate finance including, Enterprise Value, Equity Value and Net Debt, and the dominant company valuation methods of EBITDA-multiples and Discounted Cash Flow. The book further explains finance patterns from both a finance and a legal perspective, most notably the use of non-interest bearing, secured credit, shareholder loans and guarantees, ending with reorganisation procedures. By providing a uniquely integrated analysis of law and corporate finance, this practical book will be a beneficial resource for lawyers, including judges, from all over the world involved in financial transactions and corporate litigation. Students of law and finance will find the book an excellent learning experience, since it discusses the foundational principles of law and finance and how they relate to real-world practices. Finance professionals will also benefit greatly from the depiction of finance in action rather than as assumed under perfect markets.

- n***m (110)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzter MonatBestätigter KaufGood price for the book. Shipping was slow. Messaged the seller a week after I ordered it to see when they were going to ship it. They responded immediately and said it would be shipped out soon. Got it about a week later. Book did arrive in the date range that they provided though Minimal packaging. Book is Shrink wrapped and only wrapped in thin plastic. No bubble wrap. Book is in good shape though.
- c***t (923)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzte 6 MonateBestätigter KaufThe book I bought was reasonably priced and when it arrived it was in the 'Like New' condition specified in the listing. However, when I saw that the seller had not shipped the book after more than 15 days had passed since my order I felt I must write to say that I had actually placed an order with the seller and inquire when it planned to send the book. The brusque reply was that a tracking number was available, but no number HAD been created until I pointed out that I had placed the order.Catland by Hughes, Kathryn, Like New Used, Free shipping in the US (Nr. 356798982438)
