it was FAST, but they made it FASTER
I got this for my studio, and discovered that it was fast, but I wanted to max it out. With a simple phone call and a deposit, they arranged to send me an even faster processor tray with even more memory, and take the old one back. This machine is rock solid, and insanely quick. They even made sure of what OS I was using so I wouldn't physically have more memory than the OS could address! On another note, there was an issue with the return of the deposit - I called iPower several times and they were extremely cordial. An awesome Apple computer.

Awesome computer and a powerhouse!

A strong machine.
This was one of the last of the Mac Pro towers ever produced (2012). The condition is exactly as advertised. Just a few scratches on the case -- not at all bad for a five year old computer. Works great so far. The power connector might be a little loose but it is not a problem, and might have always been that way. It arrived in very good packaging to protect it. It's not just the product it's the people!
When I first ordered the machine I had an issue with one of the processors where it would keep crashing. Not only was power very helpful in getting it returned for repair they sent a replacement machine when they were unable to reproduce the issue. Since getting the replacement I've had zero problems with it and it runs perfectly! Great machine at a great price!
