    Seller sent a non working item, refuses to help in any way. Told me to contact manufacturer but no manufacturer exists anywhere. Appears to be a fake saltwater pool chlorinator and makes excuses for not helping a buyer of 22 plus years on eBay. I have 100% feedback and this is the first seller I have bought from who doesn’t have the ethics to accept a return of a non working item. I recommend not buying from this seller as they don’t honor the products they sell. I’m out over $400 for a POS.

    The buyer did not mention in their feedback that their first message and return request were submitted 7 weeks (49 days) after delivery—well beyond eBay’s 30-day Money Back Guarantee policy, which I comply with on all transactions. I would have gladly accepted a return within that timeframe. At no point did I make excuses or refuse to help; I responded promptly and explained the situation clearly. The item was delivered exactly as described.

    If the alarm doesn’t fit, you must adapt it.

    Apparently because of supply chain issues, was unable to obtain an exact replacement for the CO monitor in my camper. The manufacturer’s website said this was a direct replacement, and would ship with an adapter plate to cover the much longer mounting hole of the previous model. No adapter plate was included, but perhaps the manufacturer only included the adapter plate after the previous model became unavailable. Went to Bed,Bath and Beyond, and found a bamboo cutting board about 6x8”, and cut out part of the center to mount this monitor. Covers the original hole, and is a nice looking piece of bamboo, so all is well. In another 5 years, when it is time to replace this unit, hopefully the original size will be back in stock.
