    Solid and simple

    This is a solid and really simple design that works excellent. My X50 disappeared some place so I purchased this one after reading the wonderful reveiws on it. I'm amazed how fast it will heat up with the tip having a dull red glow in five minutes. Just right for newborn goat kids. The X50 model seems like sort of an over kill after using this one. What a great unit, I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase. And the half inch tip is perfect for the bud size of the week old kids ...... excellent for goat use. Sincerely, Bruce N Strnad / of .....     Great goat disbudding iron

    This is the perfect goat disbudding iron-I have used this model on standard size and Nigerian Dwarf kids with fantastic results. I bought this one as a backup to the one I have been using for over 17 years.

    Goat and sheep dehorner

    Great product I wish the tip was thicker around the edge but it heats up quick and works great I just have to move it around to make sure I really get the horn bud

    Gets the job done.

    Its a very unpleasant but necessary part of keeping cattle and goats. Had this iron a year now and it works well on both.
