My only concern was the packaging - the box was the appropriate size, but the item was against the bottom with little cushioning. It's best to "float" glass and crystal by wrapping it with bubble wrap and then cushioning all six sides with additional bubble wrap so a delicate item is surrounded by bubbles and doesn't touch any sides. Arrived undamaged. Item as described and was a reasonable price for the item.
