I appreciate the updates on the process of the ring being shipped to California to be authenticated . I was extremely upset and disappointed about the shipping process, the ring was to be shipped to be by Fed Ex and required a signature upon delivery but instead the driver just dropped the box in the garage bin for Amazon deliveries and left.
