Synopsis** New & Improved Interior - ideal for kids & young teens! My Emotions Journal - A Creative Daily Log Book For Emotions, Moods & Feelings. Everyone feels better and more calm when they can recognise and express their feelings. Sometimes, this can be really challenging for kids to do. This is even more so the case for those children with conditions such as - anxiety, depression, aspergers, autism, or adhd. Having a journal, diary, or log book can be a safe place where they can vent their frustrations and emotions. It can also be a way of sharing and discussing feelings that they have been having. This simple and fun journal will give your child an outlet to their emotions in a creative way - through both writing, drawing, or even sticking. Each day has a repeated template of two pages and these recur every day of the week. However, all pages are undated - so, your child is not confined to having to use it every day. The first two pages in the book are filled out, just to give an example of how it could be filled in. After that, the pages are ready to be filled in and there are over 120 pages in total. On page one.... There is a section for the date/day of the week. A section to note down three key emotions felt that day. A section to draw/stick or write about the day. A space to draw your own emotion/smiley face. On page two..... There is a section for the child to log their mood/emotion during the morning, afternoon and evening. There is a section to write or draw about anything that's made them sad, frustrated or anxious that day. Lastly, there is a space to write down the top three BEST parts of the day - to end the daily entry on a high and positive note. Each journal is measured at 6" x 9" inches and so, is the ideal size to take to School or College. It will easily fit into any school bag and could be taken on trips away. Each journal has a quality soft cover, brightly coloured, with a smooth matte finish.
