If you are looking for a good quality bicycle I highly recommend them. They ship almost immediately. Fedex, well that's another story. It comes in a new cardboard box and the packaging is first rate! The bicycle came as described with no unwanted surprises. I think for the quality of the bicycle the value is great. Both of my bicycles although very old looked and functioned like they were new!Used Trek 2300, Road Bike - 2002, 58cm (Nr. 357275694536)

And delivered with minor infraction on the bar tape getting poked. However, I must say thorough testing of all was not implemented by seller, 1) Charger for e-Shift (DI2) did not work. 2) Brake Pads needed immediate replacement before riding. 3) Head set bearings were shot. I contacted Seller and is sending me a new charger and refunded me the money for deficiencies
