This program offers a treasure trove of previously unreleased material from the singer, with appearances culled from Dusty's popular BBC show, which ran from 1966-1967. Dusty in her prime. All LIVE vocal performances. One of the best Dusty DVD's out there.
DVD shows highlights from Dusty's BBC performances in 1967 and 1968. Also impressive is that Dusty picked all of the songs for these shows. She had a tremendous appreciation for music of all kinds. Therefore, get ready for a variety of genres. She could sing any genre extremely well. You'll here a Big Band swing song followed by a Motown Song and next she'll sing a Folk or Gospel song. Never a dull moment with Dusty here. She was a real glamour girl during this time, so the fashion show is also impressive. Looks divine. I understand that the BBC "LOST" (can you believe that?) some of Dusty's shows. We are lucky we have these performances to look back on. Also, there is an incredible performance by Dusty included as an extra on one of Tom Jone's shows. She sings "Since I Fell" and will totally enchant you. Dusty was so hip and ahead of her time musically. She provided incredible live vocals and is a wonderfully charming entertainer. There is also an interview by Dusty herself in the extras section.
