But when I looked, nothing was there. I looked at the pictures the delivery person took, and that's not my house. Their pictures also seem to have coordinates, so I'm curious to see where that actually is. But no help from the shipper, no help from the seller, no refunds or returns? Horrible customer service (from both of you) and I highly recommend not giving this person any money.

Instead of the tag saying “the animation” it said “the anilalion” or something like that. I knew immediately I didn’t get the Bandai brand, which was my fault since I didn’t pay enough attention. However, the plush did come smaller than it appeared in the photos. I did ask the seller if I could return it or get a refund, and I got a partial refund. But shipping was quick, and seller was nice overall.
