Amazing product; Received in Pristine Condition
Product arrived in pristine condition. If it wasn’t new, I can’t tell by it’s looks or operation. I have been using it since late September and it’s now mid-November, and it is an amazing user experience. It’s my first iMac. I’ve had just about every other Apple product except for the watch, I’ve had all kinds of Microsoft products (Laptop, PC, Keyboard and Mouse, etc.) and this is by far the most seamless experience I’ve ever had. No glitches or hiccups so far. I’m extremely pleased with the product and the condition in which I received it!

Great computer
This is a quality machine. Works as good as if brand new. My other apple products mesh perfectly and it upgraded to newest Big Sur. The minor imperfections are not noticeable and in no way affects the operation of the computer. Could not be more pleased.

Faulty
My iMac had a verticals line of dead pixels in the middle of the screen. I purchased this for graphic design and it would be incredibly distracting to work with that, I’ll have to do a return. Extremely dissapointing.
