1. Agreement to Purchase
By placing an order with us on eBay, you agree to these Terms of Sale. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without notice. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
2. Product Information
We aim to ensure all listings are accurate; however, minor variations in colour, finish, measurements, or specification may occur, especially on manufactured or machined parts.
Images may be for illustration; where relevant, technical drawings or dimensions take precedence.
All items are subject to availability.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed via eBay managed payments only.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Order Processing & Dispatch
Dispatch time: 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated in the listing.
Made-to-order or custom items may require additional manufacturing time, which will be shown in the listing or communicated after purchase.
Dispatch times do not include courier delivery time.
5. Shipping
We ship to UK, EU, and Worldwide unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times vary by carrier and country and are outside our control.
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, import taxes, or handling charges applied in their country.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has entered processing or manufacturing.
Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled after production begins.
7. 30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all components.
Buyer pays return postage, unless the item is faulty or not as described under eBay Money Back Guarantee.
Refunds are issued after inspection and may be reduced if items show signs of use, damage, or missing parts.
Returns are not accepted for:
Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items (unless faulty)
Items damaged due to misuse, installation error, or modification
Items returned outside the 30-day window
8. 12-Month Warranty
We provide a 12-month manufacturing defect warranty covering:

The warranty does not cover:

❌ Crash or impact damage
❌ Modifications, coatings, drilling, cutting, or alterations

❌ Corrosion caused by environmental exposure unless specifically coated for protection
Warranty claims require:
Proof of purchase
Photos/video showing the issue
Possible return of the item for inspection
We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
9. Installation & Product Use
Buyers are responsible for ensuring items are suitable for their vehicle, machine, or application prior to installation.
Professional installation is recommended where appropriate.
We are not liable for damage, injury, or losses resulting from incorrect fitting or improper use.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of earnings, profit, vehicle downtime, or third-party costs.
Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the item.
11. Buyer Obligations
Buyers agree to:
Provide correct delivery details
Collect deliveries where required
Follow product instructions and safety guidance
Use goods responsibly and for their intended purpose
We are not liable for failed delivery where incorrect address details were provided at checkout.
12. Item Not Received / Delivery Issues
Lost or delayed deliveries must be reported within:
UK: 7 days after estimated delivery
International: 21 days after estimated delivery
We will assist with courier investigations, but refunds for lost parcels follow carrier and eBay investigation timelines.
13. Faulty or Not-As-Described Items
If an item arrives faulty or not as described, please open an eBay return request with supporting images.
We will resolve the issue via:
Replacement
Repair
Refund (if a replacement is not possible)
