A little "glitchy" but does what we want
I only gave it 3 * as sometimes I have to turn it off and let it cool down and then turn it back on to get the steam to come out. The first time I tried to use it no steam would come out at all and it just made a noise as if it was still heating up despite the indicator light going out. I thought it was faulty. I tried it again the next day and it worked. This happened a couple of more times. When it works it is very good and it performs as I expect it to. The other problem is the brush attachment. It is difficult to remove once on. I think it could snap off so I have left if off. I don't think I have a need for it as I bought it specifically for my husband to use on his shirts and suits when he is away with work. helpful gadget for smaller items
this steamer is light weight and heats quickly, but its capacity is only 70 ml so you need to top it up for large items. Also will not remove deep creases, so you need to iron the cloth then refresh them after traveling with the steamer.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Disappointed
Not efficient, small water container ( for one shirt you have to fill the water container at least three times), weak ( you have to pass ten times on a surface to see an result). I prepared a shirt and a pair of trousers to steam but I didn’t finished the shirt and I repacked the item and resend it back. The timing is extremely long.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Really works, but tank too small
It really works. Steamed a synthetic "satin" dress easily. Only downside is the water tank is far too small so has to be refilled a lot, I needed two tanks for one long dress.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

I do like this but....
