Making this hard for my clients that appreciate what we do for them.

Today, 10/8, it said my purchase was cancelled and I was refunded. I was only refunded 10 of the 15 dollars that I spent. They sent a message asking if I would accept the replacement drink, but shipped the wrong one at the same time or before they "asked" if I wanted the different one.
