NOT WHAT I NEEDED
Although this was exactly what I ordered and in very good condition, it turns out that the book isn't useful to me. I have a lot of the recipes and others I don't need. I was hoping to get a lot of recipes for my pantry stock so that I didn't use package items. However, it really isn't worth it to me because the recipes are for things I wouldn't use. I was looking for spice mixes, and pantry mixes. I can find pretty much what I wanted from the internet and don't need this book.

Make a Mix
A valuable reference of mixes in a single volume. Author includes many recipes using the mixes. A great resource for FCS instructors.

Great recipes and makes it easy to store basic mixes for a quick meal/treat
I had this book in the past and it eventually fell apart. I am so glad that I was able to replace it and look forward to using it.

Covers the mixes and the usage of them in recipes!
Not only does it give recipes and instructions to make mixes but also gives recipes to use the mixes in. This should be a 'go to' in every ones cookbook library!

Surprise
No way of knowing. I was trying to replace a cookbook like this and was surprised that it was a much smaller version. My companion cookbook is magazine size. This was shrunk and did not stand next to mine. Thank You though.
