I HOPE TO DO MORE BUSINESS WITH HIM IF HE HAS THE ITEMS I WANT. It looks as though the advertising card is a "For Every Householder" advertising cover though overpaid by ½ cent. It is unaddressed as normal. A fair value and the only one I have seen. It was auctioned three years ago.

It was just as well the package could be tracked. Packaging was fine and the item was well described, postage costs were a little high considering how long it took to get here.
