After a few days with no reply and no shipment, I asked to cancel the order. Seller canceled without hesitation. No pushback at all. Seller is a very slow shipper and a very poor communicator although I have purchased from them before and all packages do eventually get to you in the condition stated by the buyer. I think they are a small business. I will do business with seller again.

This is my first KastKing product and the quality is significantly better than I assumed and the reel also looks better than I thought it would. The price is also fair, especially considering the 10.5:1 ratio has been out of stock on KastKing's website for a while.
