    These are very nice bags. Out of the bunch, we received one bag that the sealing strip was not sealed at the top of the container. We asked for a replacement however the supplier had no individual bags and instead provided us a $2.00 refund which was above and beyond their responsibility. Nice product and great customer service.

    Fast, portable and easy to use

    I've only been cutting wood for 9-10 years, had my share of being out in the woods and my chain is dull. The time I lost pushing through I could've drove home and brought back a sharp one twice over. I have two electric grinding wheel style sharpeners, some people swear by, me it seemed I ground down the tooth down at the top, the only true sharp tooth is like how they come new, with a semi-circle angled cut under the tooth which is what this does. It's portable, you don't have to remove the chain, and makes it right every time. The other thing I liked was, you don't have to turn the thing around to do the teeth going in the other direction. One tip I'd pass on, set your angle exactly as the manufacturer specifies. I had two chain saws, one called for a .030, the other .035. I tried ...

    great file guide very accurate.

    well made tool file guide. i had been using an imitation cheaper plastic knockoff model of this, day and night difference. all metal product no plastic on this model and made in the USA instead of china or itally

    Good product; not the first complaint about the spring clip from others.

    Sharpens a chain extremely well. When I first used it, the clip holding the chain broke. When I received another chip from Granberg, the sharpener worked well without further issues. Seems to sharpen far better than hand filing.

    A must have in everyones chainsaw tool box.

    It's a great aid if you do a lot of chain sharpening, particularly if you look for consistent high quality. It takes some time getting used to setting it up the first couple of times, the rest is a breeze... works like clockwork.

    grinder

    it work good had trouble with the knob for cutting angle setting wheel would not go trough all the way had to drill out the plastic on the outer side of knob. the assembly drawing only has # there is no picture of grinder so you dont no what goes were.
