Austen would be proud
This is a hidden treasure. For those enthusiast who love Austen, and even Downton Abby, will find Wives and Daughters just as brilliant in its realistic characters. I loved it! Linda D

A wonderful show to watch!
Wives and Daughters is an excellent story that kept me engaged throughout the complete footage. I very much enjoyed watching this!

Best purchase I have ever made! :-)
I remember watching this series as a preteen with my family and now I have it. Such fond memories that I hope to pass on to my daughter someday :-)

Witty Period Drama! Enjoyed that bater and characters very much. Learned about the literary work as well.

Very succinct
Love BBC and the acting was superb! Very entertaining though a long movie but when you like English costumes and romance definitely the best movie experience.

I liked it!
I'm a fan of this type of period piece, so it suited me just fine. Sometimes it moved a bit too slowly but, all in all, it was a good buy.
