Very responsive to my questions and took the time to wrap up the painting so carefully to ensure there was no way it would get damaged as it was being shipped to Canada. I did have to pay some import charges to UPS upon delivery, which I didn't expect, but I have never purchased a painting before from another country - import charges are the norm and not included in the shipping fees.
