You will not be disappointed.
A great collection of Louisiana cooking. The recipes are well written, easy to follow, and the ingredients are accessible to get. It very much showcases foods that were native Louisiana staples that thankfully have become more available in our area.

This is another wonderful cookbook by Justin Wilson. If you like Cajun cooking, you should own all of his cookbooks AND ALL of Paul Prudhomme's cookbooks.
