I will not purchase again from this seller for the simple fact that after he sent the first bad power supply, he should of made sure the second one shipped worked perfectly. Since we couldn’t troubleshoot without their device, we immediately sent a tested replacement last week. Over the weekend (we don't operate on weekends), the buyer messaged saying they had already purchased a new one and stated the replacement wasn't working. Unfortunately, instead of waiting for support or resolution, they chose to leave negative feedback. We would have sent a new one had he asked.
