In all fairness I attempted to resolve the issue. I offered to send a fair discounted refund but I didn't think the $20 you wanted back was fair when you paid $29. I even offered a full refund but you didn't want to return the piece for a full refund. I did everything within my power to work with you and to come to a fair solution. I am reasonable and fair and I sometimes miss small flaws. I've missed four in three years.
