I had to wait all day for the delivery because I didn’t want it to be lost or taken from the door, couldn’t work. Please be more professional and offer extra cover it’s not an option in the listing and would have saved the issues I faced. I sent a message to complain to seller and I’m still waiting for a reply. I won’t work with them again. But there was none. You are upset that we didnt add something you wanted, without you asking for it. We have done many things for people to accomodate unique needs, simply from them sending us a message. You expected something we never offered, without ever asking us to add it in. We didnt fall short of a promise, you created non-existent goalposts for the sale that we missed.

Wanted to complete the 9 joining pokemon from crown zenith for my siblings and they went above and beyond, finding another 2 that I had needed! Love the communication and how friendly they are. Postage was quick and very well packed and nothing had arrived damaged. Exactly as described and good value. Thanks heaps guys
