However it came it did not come with the remote. This toy requires a remote because the vibration control and on off switch is difficult to access. I was offered $10 and I settled for the full price of a refund. Seller also indicated in the email that I did not need to return the item. Very gracious and I will buy from seller again.

They responded quickly and simply saying that the item they shipped had more features than the one I ordered (even though it was an entirely different product and not what I wanted). I messaged them twice after that asking for a refund or the correct item. They ghosted me. No response. Buyer beware.
