The cream itself looks OK, would suggest a layer of bubble wrap around these types of items. Otherwise jar itself ok. I've used this product before so don't see any problems wit it. When I replied I either wanted 90% more product or 90% refund, they simply replied I could ship back to them and then they would refund it all.
