Deluxe 40th Anniversary two CD + DVD edition of the Canadian trio's classic 1976 album. Disc One is the Abbey Road Studios remaster of original album. Disc Two contains rare, live and previously unreleased material including newly-recorded tracks from 2112 by Dave Grohl, Taylor Hawkins and Nick Raskulinecz, Alice In Chains and others. The DVD contains newly restored 1976 Capitol Theatre concert footage of Rush, a Grohl/Hawkins/Raskulinecz video, Billy Talent video, plus a new interview featuring Alex Lifeson and Terry Brown. Features newly designed artwork by Hugh Syme and extensive liner notes by rock historian Rob Bowman.

    RUSH 2112 .... Years later.

    Bought this in vinyl when it first came out, many years ago. One of my all time favorites. This remastered version is way beyond compare. The extras that are with it are top notch. Rare RUSH concert/ live footage from the time in cd and dvd form. A special treat for any RUSH fan. Great package, music and band. Highly recommended.

    40+ Years Beyond 2112...

    Just the best! RUSH were the most incredible band on the planet and I will miss them for the rest if my life. These collections and reissues will keep the spirit alive. Fan for life. Thanks for a superb CD package!

    Nice treatment of Great Album

    I enjoyed receiving this 40th anniversary version of Rush's classic album, 2112. The original album is of course excellent, and the bonus material is very good, though it's a bit of a hodge-podge, with a few strong live tracks, one really roughly recorded live track and the newly recorded tribute cuts (which are actually quite good). The liner notes are well done, detailed and fun to read!

    Great album at a great price.

    The remaster sounds great, but the best part is the unreleased live material and the cover versions are interesting. The price was fantastic, so I would say highly recommended,
